It's by far my favorite cheese I've ever tasted.

Originaly found this cheese at the Alldrich Cheese Shop in Alldrich, Mn. 50 years ago. Have been searching for it for40years. A lovely medium flavored cheese that melts great for grilled cheese. Great on crackers or sandwiches or any way you like cheese.
